Murray Bridge driver caught driving on methamphetamine

A 52-year-old Murray Bridge man was directed not to drive for 24 hours after he tested positive to methamphetamine on the South Eastern Freeway at Murray Bridge this week.

Police stopped and tested the driver at 9.40am on Thursday, July 13.

Charges will be laid pending further forensic drug tests.

Local police reminded drivers that, unlike the .05 blood alcohol limit, there was no limit when it comes to drugs.
