Murray Bridge and Rockleigh get festive

The region will get much more vocal this Sunday night thanks to both the Murray Bridge and Rockleigh Christmas Carols.

The Murray Bridge Christmas Carols will take place at the Sturt Reserve precinct, with food stalls opening from 5pm. There will be facepainting for the kids and candles and programs will be available.

Entry will be free, and attendees are asked to bring their own chairs and blankets.

'Carols in the Bush' will be held at the Rockleigh Uniting Church, 410 Rockleigh Road, Rockleigh.

The Band of the SA Police will host the evening with supporting local artists - The Murray Bridge Children's Choir and Appealing Bells (a group of hand bell ringers).

A sausage sizzle will be available from 4.30pm - 5.45pm supporting the Rockleigh CFS Support Group. 

Attendees are asked to bring their own chairs and rugs.

A donation hat will be passed around and all money collected will go to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
