Under 16s Country Cricket Cup 2017 | Photos

A brilliant century by Luke Pedlar in the 20/20 fixture for South East has ensured they are unbeaten going into the final of the 2017 SACA Under 16 Country Cup final round.

South East and Mid North - who had a brilliant day two win over rivals Barossa and Light - are both undefeated and deserved Grand Finalists, taking on each other at Angaston Oval starting at 9.30am on Thursday, December 14.

Both sides have potential game breakers.

Along with Pedlar, fellow South East opener Campbell Watts and middle order batsman Connor Prior along with Jaden Grocer are all players to watch at the batting crease.

For the Mid North side, its batting strength includes Isaac Pearce, Clare lad Charlie Dinning, and competitive all-round sporting talent Lachlan McNeil.

Another player to watch is all-rounder, Wandearah and Woodville cricketer Jamieson Murphy.

This promises to be a classy and exciting encounter between two highly credentialed sides.
