If you could change anything about Sturt Reserve, what would it be?
The Murray Bridge council wants to know, and will give members of the public two chances to give their opinions over the next few days.
Listening sessions will be held at Murray Bridge Library from 5-7pm on Thursday and at the reserve from 11am-2pm on Saturday.
Sustainable communities general manager Andrew Meddle said the council's riverfront strategy had split Sturt Reserve, the wharf and the hill behind it into four precincts; now he needed to know what each should look and feel like.
"What I'm looking for is, in effect, a sales brochure so we can chase grants," he said.
"How will it be set up for events; what infrastructure are we going to need; if there's a regional-level playspace, you'd want toilets, but would you need a cafe as well?
"We really want to tease out what people want."
