Two Mannum residents have been arrested, and had drugs and weapons seized by police, following raids on properties in the riverside town last week.
Last Wednesday, Mannum police along with patrols from Tailem Bend and Murray Bridge, conducted drug searches of three properties in the Mannum region.
After police allegedly located small bags of cannabis and methamphetamine at the premises of a 27-year-old man and 46-year-old woman, the pair were arrested and jointly charged for trafficking cannabis.
The man was further charged with possessing prohibited weapons after a large double edged dagger and laser pointer were allegedly found.
A 42-year-old man from Mannum was reported for possession of a prohibited weapon after a pair of nunchucks were found.
He was also issued an expiation notice for possession of cannabis and equipment and given a drug diversion after police allegedly located ice pipes and two ecstasy tables.
Further, a 40-year-old man and a 45-year-old man, both from near Mannum, were issued an expiation notice for possession of cannabis and equipment.
All persons will appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court at a later date.
