Another service station is coming to Murray Bridge.

South Australian-owned Andrash Commercial has filed plans for an X Convenience outlet on a vacant lot at 213-217 Adelaide Road.

The development would include a 24-hour petrol station and car wash and would be the first encountered by motorists arriving from Adelaide.

X Convenience is aligned with Mobil and also has a relationship with Drake Supermarkets, who will open a store in the Murray Bridge Green shopping centre next year.

Another SA-owned business, Peregrine Corporation, received approval last month to build for its third Murray Bridge service station, on Swanport Road.

There are already eight service stations in the rural city.
