Community grants available from Murray Bridge council

Applications for community grants from the Murray Bridge council will close this Friday, March 1.

The council has invited community groups, clubs and not-for-profit organisations to apply for funding towards projects, events and activities that will make life better for residents of the district.

The grants are capped at $3100 and must be matched dollar for dollar by an incorporated body.

Community grants will be paid to the successful applicants in April.

Separate Quick Wins grants, from a $100,000 pool, and sporting and recreation grants, from a $60,000 pool, are also available through the council.
