I'm a primary producer from Keith, a father of four boys and married to Louise.

As a businessman and Tatiara district councillor I am passionate about our region and making sure that we are well represented in Canberra.

I am standing for Barker because I want to help improve and secure the future of our region and give hope to the next generation that there is a great life to be made in our communities.

I am passionate about improving the viability of small and medium businesses alongside our primary industries in Barker.

I believe that in order to grow our regions successfully we have to provide the infrastructure that encourages people to come to the region and then stay.

That means a good education, access to quality health care and retirement options that keep families together.

The philosophy of the National Party is simple.

We exist to protect the interests of rural and regional people and to support the wealth-producing industries of the nation.

The Nationals have led the charge on securing the future of Australian agribusiness by championing the rights of primary producers against farm invasions by extremists, and through increased funding for agricultural research and development.

But there is still more to do.
