Murray Bridge will be the first stop in a round of community forums which will help created a new State Government plan for the regions.
On Wednesday, June 12, and independent community advisory panel will visit the Murraylands seeking input for the South Australia's Regional Development Strategy.
The panel is looking for new ideas and local perspectives in the community consultation process of the plan which will then result in strategies which can ensure regions will be more prosperous and revitalised.
Minister for Regional Development Tim Whetstone said a discussion paper for the strategy had key questions to be considered and feedback could be provided.
"A consultation process has opened which will give key stakeholders, communities and individuals a voice in the formation of a Regional Development Strategy," he said.
The community advisory panel will be in Murray Bridge tomorrow from 10.30am to 12.30pm, at the Murray Bridge Golf Club, 40 Ritter Street.

Closing date for community consultation is 5pm, Friday, July 26.
