Free lunches and a chance to chat about mental health and wellbeing will be on offer to residents of Murray Bridge and Meningie next week.

Rural and Remote Mental Health will present Rural Minds workshops - a relaxed way to learn about mental wellbeing for attendees, their families and friends - at Meningie Bowling Club from 10am-2.30pm on Wednesday, and Murray Bridge Greyhound Racing Club from 9am-12.30pm on Thursday.

The workshops were designed for rural and communities by people who live in them: "good, solid, practical information without the bulldust".

A separate session in Murray Bridge on Thursday afternoon will train attendees to become Rural Minds presenters in their own right.
