I look forward to the opportunity to welcome you to Unity College Murraylands at our Unity Tour on Wednesday, August 28.
Come and talk to us about your child's learning and tour the campus to see Unity College engagement in action.
Unity College is an incredible place and certainly one where so much happens.
Our campus is full of activities that bond us as a school community and that seek to engage our learners.
Junior and Middle School students are involved in a number of structured inquiry lessons that enhance student learning by helping them to be independent learners.
Teachers provide structured inquiry lessons to encourage students to determine the information they need, how they might go about finding that information, and how they will present their knowledge in a way that shows their learning.
Students are engaged in the learning process, providing insight into learning how to learn. Examples of this include the Reception students working alongside Year 11 nutrition students to prepare a healthy lunch to eat together.

Meanwhile, the Middle School classes worked on Bucclington Boulevard - a sustainable housing project integrating Maths, Science, English and Humanities and Junior School students enthusiastically learned about a natural disaster of their personal interest.
These learning activities see Unity students actively engaged and motivated to learn.
Unity College also has activities designed to strengthen the unique Reception to Year 12 bond.
For example The Biggest Morning Tea, the brainchild of the SRC, where all students gathered on the Junior School to eat recess together for a worthy cause.
Pedal Prix, where Middle and Senior students compete alongside each other to keep our Unity teams finishing successfully, is another of the numerous examples of R-12 learning and engagement in action at Unity College.
We look forward to you and your family joining our team, and we can't wait for you to visit at our next Unity Tour on Wednesday, August 28 at 10am and 7pm.
