A shack at the White Sands Riverfront Caravan Park has been destroyed by fire.
Country Fire Service and Metropolitan Fire Service crews were called to the caravan park on White Sands Road at 3.45am on Friday.
When they arrived, they found an unoccupied cabin burning.
Although it was destroyed, firefighters were able to the blaze from spreading to surrounding trees or property.
CFS spokeswoman Ali Martin said the fire had caused an estimated $100,000 worth of damage but that no injuries had been reported.
Fire cause investigators will visit the scene today.
The caravan park's operators said their thoughts were with the owners of the "much-loved" shack.
"(This) is a timely reminder for all of us to make sure that insurance is up to date, smoke alarms are fitten and power is turned off if the site is not used for extended periods of time," they said in a Facebook post.
