The biggest annual race in Murray Bridge is on again this weekend.

No, not the Gold Cup or the greyhounds - the Australian International Pedal Prix.

Thousands of competitors and spectators will fill Sturt Reserve from Friday as they prepare for 24 hours of racing, from midday Saturday to Sunday.

Twelve teams from five schools at Murray Bridge, Mannum and Coomandook will be among the 200 expected to take part.

Admission will be $15.
