A community wellbeing roadshow will kick off a tour of South Australia in Tailem Bend next Monday evening.

The Look Over the Gate, Save a Mate roadshow will encourage people to look out for their mates and help them deal with stress, anxiety or depression.

Attendees will learn about four steps they can take to improve their mind's health, ways to spot signs of trouble in others, where and how to access help, and other tips and tools.

Guest speakers will be Warren "the Unbreakable Farmer" Davies, who developed resilience by enduring bullying and the experience of learning to farm, and Jeremy Forbes, who founded a not-for-profit organisation which aims to link his fellow tradies with mental health services.

A free barbecue will be available at Tailem Bend Town Hall from 6pm before the roadshow's 6.30 start.

Admission is also free.
