A Meningie man has been arrested after police allegedly found 24 large cannabis plants on his property.
A tip-off from a member of the public led police to search the property at 5.30pm on April 2.
They seized the plants, guns which were allegedly unregistered, and ammunition.
The 58-year-old was charged with carrying on a commercial growing operation, possession of prescribed cannabis-growing equipment, drug trafficking and two firearms offences.
He did not apply for bail.
He was due to appear at Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on April 3.
It was the third such seizure in the district in a fortnight, after police found two much larger crops at Coonalpyn in late April.
