Cannabis found at Callington

SA Police have reported a man for cultivating cannabis and possess equipment after a raid was performed at his home in Callington on Thursday, May 21.

After receiving information from the public, Murray Bridge Police searched the Callington home of a 58-year-old male after a drug warrant was issued to search the premises for any illicit drugs.

At about 1pm, police will allege they seized two large cannabis plants which were growing hydroponically, equipment used to grow the plants and about 200 grams of dried cannabis.

The man will be summonsed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court at a later date.
