MURRAY Bridge United's A grade recorded a round one win in the new South Australian Amateur Soccer League Club Challenge Series.

Murray Bridge United had been promoted to the SAASL division one competition for season 2020 but due to the COVID-19 season delay and restrictions, the division league format was scrapped for the year and all teams were put into groups as per what zone they are in.

The new schedule sees 10 games (five home and five away) before a knockout format after that.

Murray Bridge United are in a group with Old Ignatians, Sturt Marion, Flinders Uni, St Peter's and Stirling Districts.
