Country tones will be flooding the Murray Bridge Town Hall later this month, as the Matinee Series continues its regular performances.
On October 22, Tony Genovese and his five-piece band, Pulse, will be performing some of the great songs which were performed by legendary country singers throughout the decades.
From iconic artists such as Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers and Patsy Cline, to the tunes of John Denver, Tammy Wynette, Olivia Newton-John and John Williamson, the range of songs will have people tapping their toes and singing along.
With the Murray Bridge Town Hall capacity limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be two performances on the day: one at 11am to 12pm, and the other at 2pm to 3pm.
The show 'Jukebox Through the Ages' will be performed on September 17, then there is 'Hits Only: Country' on October 22, 'Memory Lane' on November 19, and 'Our Christmas Favourites' on December 17.
Limited seating is available, so pre-purchase of tickets is essential as the box office will be closed on the day.
Patrons need to abide by social distancing protocols and if anyone has experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or has travelled overseas in the past month they can not attend.
Tickets can be bought online at https://events.ticketbooth.com.au/events/22965, through the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery or by calling 8539 1420.
