'Bridge men reported for property damage, driving offences

Two Murray Bridge men will face court over separate incidents which occurred on Wednesday, October 21.

A 36-year-old has been reported for property damage to a business on Homburg Drive, Murray Bridge.

Police were called to the property at about 11am, having received a report of a man smashing a glass door.

He will face court at a later date.

Then, just before 5.30pm, police saw a man in a Honda sedan perform a sustained wheel spin while leaving a Swanport Road bottle shop.

When he was pulled over shortly after, the 25-year-old was breath tested and he allegedly blew 0.118.

Further investigation found his driver's licence has expired in 2014.

He was reported for drink driving, driving while unlicensed and misuse of a motor vehicle.

He will face court at a later date, he lost his licence immediately for six months, and his car was impounded for 28 days.
