THE Murray Bridge Respiratory Clinic has moved to the Bridge Clinic's Southside facilities on Homburg Drive, Murray Bridge.

Bridge Clinic manager Jill Coombe said the move was a temporary measure - through to March, 2021 to ensure the Murraylands community is provided with a dedicated respiratory clinic.

"Booked appointments at the clinic are for patients with respiratory symptoms, coughs, colds, sore throats, fever .. the aim is to maintain a 'coughs, colds, flu free location' at regular medical centres," she said.

"It also allows us to undertake COVID-19 testing as appropriate, to ensure South Australia keeps up its vigilance regarding this disease."

Ms Coombe said while the respiratory clinic operates from Homburg Drive, the SA Pathology and GP consulting services that would usually take place there are moved to Bridge Clinic.

"We appreciate that this temporary change may not be as convenient for some people, but thank you for your patience and understanding.

"We look forward to resuming our regular services at Southside Clinic in April 2021.
