Murray Mallee driver caught allegedly more than four times the legal limit

A man will face court after being detected drink driving overnight in Murray Bridge.

Just after 4.30am on Wednesday, September 15, patrols stopped a Hyundai van on Hill Street and breath tested the driver.

He returned an alleged blood alcohol reading or 0.206. More than four times the legal limit.

The 57-year-old from the Murray Mallee, was reported for drink driving and will summonsed to appear in court at a later date. He was also issued with an immediate 12 month loss of licence.
