In the heart of the Murray Bridge arts precinct, creativity and shopping will go hand-in-hand.

The Sixth Street Handmade Makers Market event will be held from 10am until 3pm Sunday, November 14 2021.

Murray Bridge Regional Gallery Director, Fulvia Mantelli said market goers can enjoy the experience of meeting and buying directly from South Australian makers, while on a relaxing day out with family and friends.

"This fabulous event supports local and South Australian artisans and creative small businesses," she said.

"If you're after an entertaining Sunday session, a unique shopping spree, or a one-stop-spot for Festive Season gifts, we've got you covered.

"It's a great day for the community to connect with each other in a creative, friendly and fun environment."

The popular annual market will showcase more than 30 stalls brimming with a wide range of local and South Australian art, craft and bespoke products, including jewellery, glass, textiles, paintings, ceramics, skincare, homewares and plants.

Activities will include the opportunity to make your own postcards in a workshop with Wills Projects, the artists who made the new public artwork called Wish You Were Here in Adelaide Road Linear Park.

Live music will be in full swing throughout the day with Max Savage appearing as the headline act, as well as a line-up of great local talent.

There will be lots of food options and over 18s will be able to enjoy a bevvy at the Murray Bridge Hotel's custom-made pallet bar.
