The popular family friendly program returns for the fourth year in a row, with loads of free activities organised for Thursday to Sunday for three weeks beginning on the second week of January, at Sturt Reserve.

Rural City of Murray Bridge Mayor, Brenton Lewis said the program had been refined this year, to offer the most fun on the most popular days for families during summer holidays.

"Take advantage of the opportunity to spend the day exploring all the activities set up on the lawn, and on the water, for the kids," he said.

"Pop down for a visit, make a day of it, or stay in town and discover all the great things our Rural City has to offer."

All activities are free and while some will be available all festival long, numbers for some are limited and will require booking.

Week 1: January 6-9: inflatable shark obstacle course, kids sumo suits, lawn games, mega Lego blocks, Nerf inflatable shooting range, water wars, bubble entertainer, Bunnings activities, kayaking and Discover Indigenous Culture workshops.

Week 2 January 13-16: giant hamster balls, inflatable X-treme fun run obstacle course, laser tag, lawn games, Bunnings activities, circus school, Eco Maze, Kayaking, Wakeboard SA Summer Series Round 4 and Rhyme, Grind and Climb youth event.

Week 3 January 20-23: glacier wet / dry slide, lawn games, Arts in the Park, Bunnings activities, Bubble City, river and environmental fun, kayaking and Dragon Boats.

Some activities may be cancelled if Murray Bridge experiences extreme heat or weather conditions, so be sure to check the forecast and keep an eye on the Rural City of Murray Bridge Facebook page for any last minute updates.
